Since the game is out already, I updated the "Wishlist" button on the main menu and added a new Splash Screen.

I was thinking of adding an option to delete placed nations in the setup but the architecture of the demo just isn't fit for that, so I don't think it's worth it to spend so much time on it. Sorry!
