New features

• Added 4 new maps: North America, Japan, Middle East, Middle Earth
• Updated World Map
• Nation doesn't get destroyed if their capital gets captured and they have cores
• You can turn off alliances at setup
• Added colored sea tiles
• Added UI button for pause menu
• Added Mute button to pause menu
• Added Quit button to menu (download version only)
• Increased Max Nation limit on custom maps
• Removed the limit of 5 custom maps (why was that even there)
• You can zoom with number pad + and - keys
• You can move camera with arrow keys

Bugfixes

• Armies no longer spawn outside map
• Peace through God Mode now resets nation troops
• Further improved performance when large nation declares war
• Fixed text popup link working when invisible
• Map now updates from God Mode Attack, Peace & Revolt if used while paused
• Game Pause, Armies & Popups now get properly reset if game is restarted
• Added maximum nation name length
• Map painter button sounds fixed
• Reverted endless war at 2 nations
