Make it where armies can be reorganized to different areas to make it like the area, they left is easier to take but where they move their army is where it's harder to take and with more army than they could go more offensive.
Suggestion: Have maps that already have kingdoms in them like a europe map with all the countries and borders because that would be cool so we can see which european country would come out on top when they have their real life borders
You mean when trying to open the exe file there's a warning? Because I'm not a "certified" publisher Windows warns you about opening executables. But don't worry it's safe :)

You can do this yourself but it's hard and takes way too long
The Steam version will have scenarios with prefilled maps. There will be a bunch of default ones and you can also create and share your own
